Special Needs Programme
A bespoke range of programmes designed to accommodate students with a range of learning difficulties. The students will be engaged in a number of interactive sessions which will be run over a period of time to ensure that a progressive learning experience becomes established. The students will work in small teams and be exposed to other young people outside their normal friendship circle as well as adults from the business world. Social skills and employability skills are developed over a period of time through a programme of activities which will focus on confidence building, communication skills, presentation skills, problem solving and descision making. Work place scenarios are created to enhance the experience further with business involvment both in the design and delivery stage of each programme.
